- Organiser. The SAHARA beta programme is run by PHOENIX APP S.R.L., Șoseaua Bucium nr. 75A, Iași, Romania, tax ID (CUI) 55589818, Trade Register no. J2026054437007, rophoenixapp@gmail.com.
- What the beta is. SAHARA is a product in development. The public beta consists of this presentation page, a simplified demo of the acceptance flow and the early-access sign-up. Features described as “in development” are not available.
- Free of charge. Taking part in the beta is free. No payments are charged and no commercial contracts are concluded during the beta.
- Indicative prices. The prices shown are the company's launch hypotheses, excluding VAT, marked “indicative beta price”. They are not a firm offer and may change.
- Sign-up. Signing up creates no obligation for the participant and does not guarantee access to a later version or inclusion in the pilot programme. You may withdraw at any time by writing to the address above.
- Demo. The demo is illustrative. The verdict and passport it issues rely solely on the values entered by the user, are not a certification, a conformity assessment or a warranty about any product, and have no contractual value. The demo signing key is used for the demo only.
- No warranties. The beta is provided “as is”, without warranties of availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Content and features may change or stop at any time. To the extent permitted by law, the Organiser is not liable for losses arising from use of the beta.
- Acceptable use. Do not enter confidential data, trade secrets, health data or other people's personal data in the demo or the form. Automated form submissions and any attempt to disrupt the site are prohibited.
- Intellectual property. The SAHARA name, the texts, code and design of the site belong to the Organiser.
- Personal data. Processing is described in the privacy notice.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are settled amicably or, failing agreement, by the competent courts at the Organiser's registered office.
